Rehabilitation Services
CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health Care offers comprehensive rehabilitation services for patients of all ages. Our continuum of rehabilitative care includes both inpatient and outpatient programs for you and your family.
Located on the first floor of CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital-Medical Center is a 33-bed rehabilitation center. Services include expert inpatient care for adults utilizing an interdisciplinary team of rehabilitation and health care professionals. Patients and their families are important members of the rehabilitation team. Both are involved in the development of a rehabilitation program that hopefully will help the patient regain the functional skills he or she will need to return to the community. A unique element of our inpatient program is our "Easy Street" environment. "Easy Street" was designed to provide patients with the opportunity to practice daily living skills in an environment that is similar to those encountered in everyday life.
For our young patients, CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Children's Hospital provides an integrated inpatient pediatric rehabilitation unit, which specializes in the rehabilitative care of children.
Additionally, CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Outpatient Rehabilitation Centers are located at both CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital locations, City Centre and the Medical Center, and the Center for Children and Families. Our team of rehabilitation professionals provides comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services for children and adults, including diagnostic evaluations and a full continuum of rehabilitation therapies.
