Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Program
CPE Program Mission Statement
The Clinical Pastoral Education program prepares theologically trained ministers for clinical chaplaincy in health care organizations and church-based health care ministries in accordance with the Mission, Core Values, and Vision of CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health Care.
Program Schedule
One-year Residency (four units)
January 7, 2008- January 4, 2009
January 5, 2009- January 3, 2010
Full time, five days per week with weekday and/or weekend on-call on a rotation basis
Pre-requisite: one unit of CPE preferred
Summer Internship (one unit)
June 1 – August 9, 2009
June 1 – August 8, 2010
Full time, five days per week with weekday and/or weekend on-call on a rotation basis.
Extended CPE units
