Conveniently located, on the historical City Centre campus of CHRISTUS Santa Rosa (CSR), the CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Family Health Center cares for the entire family. With a unique combination of academics and patient care experiences, and a supportive atmosphere among medical residents and staff, CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Family Health Centers are the most convenient and well-rounded outpatient facilities for you and your family.
Accepting patients from newborn to geriatrics, the health centers follow the CHRISTUS Santa Rosa mission to extend the healing ministry of Jesus Christ.
